Refund Policy

At Trust Tourism LLC, we aim to provide the best visa services to our customers. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require refunds. Below is our refund policy to help you understand the conditions under which a refund can be requested:

1. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable:

  • Visa processing fees.
  • Service charges for documentation and submission.
  • Government application charges.

2. Refundable Conditions

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate applications submitted due to an error.
  • Service was not initiated, and the cancellation request was submitted within 24 hours of payment.
  • Service not delivered as per the agreed timeline (subject to verification).
  • Errors or omissions on our part during the processing.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to waqar@trusttourism.ae with your payment receipt and the reason for the refund.
  • Include all relevant details, including your application ID and supporting documents.
  • Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome.

4. Important Notes

– Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.
– Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
– No refunds will be granted for rejected visa applications unless an error occurred on our part.
